Loved location and rooms. Really clean building, spotless and spacious bedroom. The pool was great and the garden — quiet. Plenty of food in the hotel, family restaurant.

Good value, an excellent stay. The staff and food were just LOVELY. I loved a chic decor and white furniture. There was an astonishing restaurant, the markets and a night market next door. Amazing pool and own beach.

The views were not so good.

I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. I could park my car on site. The location was close to everything I wanted to do. A lovely place for exploring Chiang Mai.

The staff was helpful, and we had the benefit of just 10 minutes' walk right to three kings monument. We were visiting to see tha pae gate, which was 10-minute walk from the property.
